Preanalytical Innovation

AMVC automates the most error-prone phase of diagnostics

The AMVC system features patented automation directly at the point of collection, transforming how micro-volume blood draws are performed.

By integrating vacuum control, additive programming, and built-in labeling into a single closed system, AMVC eliminates manual steps and enforces compliance. This innovation ensures specimen integrity, reduces risk, and sets a new standard for precision diagnostics—starting at the source.

AMVC streamlines blood collection with precision and consistency—reducing redraws, delays, and specimen rejection.

Our system Protects micro volume (1mL) sample integrity from the start.  Designed for lab compatibility and clinical workflow, AMVC ensures every drop meets diagnostic standards in a fully closed system.

By improving preanalytical quality, AMVC supports faster decisions, safer care, and up to $38 Billion in potential annual savings.

One SKU. Zero Complexity

AMVC Blood Collection Tubes offer a single-SKU solution that streamlines inventory, ordering, and clinical workflows. Each tube is programmed at collection with the precise additives and vacuum—eliminating multiple tube types and manual sorting. This simplifies lab integration, reduces handling errors, and ensures every micro-volume draw is processing-ready. Precision, built into the tube.

Closed-System Simplicity, Built for Lab Integrity

Unlike manual or open micro-collection methods, the AMVC system is a true closed-system: each 1mL draw flows directly into a sealed, lab-compatible tube, eliminating pipetting, aliquoting, and secondary handling. This streamlines workflow and minimizes contamination, hemolysis, and labeling errors—preserving sample integrity from bedside to bench and ensuring even the smallest volume yields maximum diagnostic value

Built-In Labeling for Full Compliance

Each AMVC tube is automatically labeled inside the device immediately after the blood draw—before removal. This closed-loop process eliminates mislabeling, a critical safeguard in clinical settings. With over 160,900 U.S. hospital events annually tied to sample ID errors, embedding labeling into the workflow reduces human error, enhances traceability, and lowers risk. It’s compliance by design—protecting patients, providers, and outcomes.

Cleaner Samples, Smarter Diagnostics

When blood samples are free from hemolysis and collection artifacts, diagnostic accuracy improves dramatically. Cleaner specimens enable more reliable lab analytics,  reduce false results, enabling faster decisions, and improving patient outcomes.

For hospitals, that means higher standards of care and reduced liability.

Our Preliminary Testing Results Yield Opportunities for the Advancement of Blood Analysis

The potential for analytical equipment to discover more is possible with a cleaner venous blood sample.   Our preliminary results were tested for free hemoglobin to determine if our system caused less hemolysis than standard collection tubes.

Results.png

Our results are outstanding, as represented in orange in the graph. The average test sample coming in under 10 mg / dL while normal acceptable limits are 50 mg/dL.  Samples were tested by a nationally known lab to prove the AMVC tube has superior results regarding hemolysis, coming in well below acceptable levels.

Leading Endorsements for AMVC

AMVC has earned endorsements from leading clinicians, lab directors, and workflow specialists who recognize its transformative impact on micro-volume blood collection.   These endorsements validate AMVC not just as a device, but as a new standard in preanalytical care.
